Survived by his wife of 40 years, Natalie, his 5 daughters, Carla (Gary) Nitz, Jill (William L. Hurley, Jr.) Rullkoetter, Beth (James) Abeln, Julie (Michael) Antworth and Cathy (Mark) Daniels, 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Sister-in-law to Mary Catherine Beltz and brother-in-law to Dr. William Beltz. Mr. Rullkoetter was a graduate of Washington University School of Engineering. He was employed for 43 years at Union Electric (Ameren UE). He was past chairman of the board of Uplands Park, co-founder of the Normandy Area Municipal Council, former member of planning and zoning board of Ferguson, Past president of Ferguson Lionís Club, past treasurer Friedens United Church of Christ Cemetery Board, St. Louis; Former treasurer of Friedens UCC, St. Louis; Past member, Immanuel UCC Council, Wright City, Past member, Faith UCC Consistory in Wentzville.
