Alvin W. Bodenschatz Jr.

Alvin Bodenschatz Jr. of Wright City, Missouri, passed away on April 1, 2024 at the age of 63. He was the beloved husband of the late Donna Bodenschatz (nee: Hartzell) of Wright City, Missouri; He is survived by his son, Brad (Amanda) Philbrook of O' Fallon, MO; two daughters, Chrystal Philbrook of Moscow Mills, MO, Misty (Chad) Thorpe of Silex, MO; one brother, Keith (Dana) Bodenschatz two sisters, Jean Bennett of Allen, TX, Kathy (Dave) Hoffmann of O' Fallon, MO; nine grandchildren , Colton, Lane, Cameron, Ashtin, Mia, Sidney, Isabelle, Madison, Meghan;  He is preceded in death by his father, Alvin Bodenschatz, mother, Mary Bodenschatz (nee:Knobelock), wife, Donna Bodenschatz.  

Alvin enjoyed music, and was an avid sports fan, especially with hockey and baseball. He loved to be outdoors and you would always catch him tinkering with cars and working on his yard. He loved spending time with his family and friends and was a huge story teller. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
