Andria Rebecca (Rabus) Bergeson

Andria “Dre” Rebecca Bergeson, 37, of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Dre was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, known for her quiet strength, fierce love, and endless kindness. She had a way of making everyone feel seen, heard, and deeply valued. Whether you knew her for a moment or a lifetime, Dre left an imprint on your heart.

She spent her life loving others with intention and grace. Her warmth extended far beyond her family, reaching into her church, community, and professional life. Dre approached each day with generosity, thoughtfulness, and compassion that inspired those around her.

Over the past six months, Dre faced a rare and aggressive cancer with unmatched courage and grace. Even in the most difficult moments, she continued to care more about others than herself. The outpouring of support during her final months—from meals to messages, prayers to donations—was a testament to the impact she had on so many lives. She saw and appreciated every gesture.

Guided by faith and overflowing with love, Dre gave herself fully to those around her. In her final months, that love came back to her through family, friends, and community tenfold. Thank you for helping her feel so seen, so valued, and so incredibly loved.

She is survived by her loving husband, Darryl Bergeson; her beloved son, Finn Robert Boshuizen; her stepchildren, Alexis, Ethan, and Kaylie Bergeson; her father, Mark Rabus; her brothers, Clayton Rabus and Grant Rabus; her sister-in-law, Casey Duchesne Rabus; her aunt, Maryanne Jackson; and many other cherished family members and dear friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at The Crossing at Chesterfield, located at 114 N. Eatherton Road, Chesterfield, Missouri 63005. Visitation will take place from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m.

Dre’s life was a light, gentle but radiant. Though her time with us was far too short, the love she gave continues on in all of us.
