Arthur Albers

Arthur Albers of O' Fallon, Missouri, passed away on March 2, 2025 at the age of 84. He was the beloved husband of Joanne Albers (nee: Hampton) of O' Fallon, Missouri; He is survived by his son, Roger Albers of Pacific, MO; two daughters, Shari (Sam) Wilson of Defiance, MO, Juli (Mark Blumenberg) Schuster of Dutzow, MO; five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; He is preceded in death by his father, Arthur Albers, mother, Lois Albers (nee: Dyer).  

Arthur, a dedicated union meat cutter for 45 years was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to his craft, impacting the lives of many throughout his career. Outside of work, Arthur had a passion for the great outdoors. He loved horseback riding, spending quiet days fly fishing, and enjoying the thrill of quail hunting. Arthur was also an avid fan of classic television, with “Gunsmoke” being a particular favorite. Arthur will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
