Betty (Thilking) Mallinckrodt

Betty A. Mallinckrodt (nee: Thilking) of Augusta, Missouri, passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 91. 
Betty was born November 23, 1934 in Augusta, MO to the late Emmons and Anna Thilking nee Holt. 

Betty was a lifetime member of Femme Osage UCC in Augusta, Missouri. As a lifetime member, Betty would also become the church organist for 50 years. Betty loved to play various musical instruments such as the organ, piano, dulcimer, and guitar. She also loved crocheting, quilting, playing bingo, and playing cards with friends and family. Betty was a Red Hats Society member. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Betty is survived by her son, Alan Mallinckrodt of Warrenton, Missouri; daughter, Donna (Lawrence) Lamke of New Haven, Missouri; five grandchildren, David Lamke, April Lamke, Susan Lamke, Joshua Mallinckrodt, Micah Mallinckrodt; 9 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Herbert Mallinckrodt, her brother, Wayne Thilking.

Betty's compassion, kind heart, and smile will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
