Betty Loraine (Palmer) Sutor

Betty Loraine Palmer Sutor age 95 passed June 28, 2020. She was born to Harold C. and Blanch (Howard) Palmer February 11, 1925 in California, MO. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Mural “Slats” Sutor on June 24, 1943 at the Walter Reed Chapel in Washington, D.C. to this which was born Roxanne Amanda Sutor-Eaklor and Lisa Michelle Sutor-Rausch.

She is preceded in death by her parents,  and step-mother Margaret, Scott and Lou Fleener who raised her after the passing of her mother at age 4, husband of 68 years Kenneth Muriel “Slats” Sutor, half brothers, Rodney Palmer and Jerry Palmer, four brother in laws, Howard “Jack” Sutor, Allen “Brooks” Sutor, Clifford “Kip” Watkins and Harry Harris. Three sister in laws; Lillian (Lagemahn) Sutor, Ruby (Leek) Sutor and Melba (Sutor) Watkins-Harris, and nephews; Mark A. Sutor and Brad Watkins.

She leaves her two daughters; Roxanne A. Sutor-Eaklor, her children: grandson Nathaniel Sutor Eaklor and wife Michelle; great-granddaughters, JoJo and Madelyn. Granddaughter, Ashley Amanda Eaklor-Miller and husband Shawn; great-granddaughter, Abagayle Amanda Miller and Maggie May, Shawn’s son Dawson Miller, son-in-law, Raymond Eaklor. Daughter, Lisa Sutor-Rausch and her husband Daniel J. Rausch. Grandson Luke Daniel Rausch, granddaughter, Haley Michelle Rausch.Half-Brother, Raymond Palmer and his wife, Chachi of Hot Springs, SD, and also nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Jonesburg Christian Church in care of Pitman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 126 Warrenton, MO 63383

Services will be held at a later date at Jonesburg Christian Church.
