Beverly Mundy (nee: Schaefer) of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away on February 3, 2025 at the age of 91. She was the beloved wife of the late William Mundy; She is survived by her son, Sean (Karen) Mundy of O' Fallon, MO; daughter, Kindra (John) Jackel of Kansas City, MO; five grandchildren, Nicole Routh, Jonas Jackel, Sarah Jackel, Brittany Mundy, Nicholas Mundy; six great grandchildren, Maya, Flora, Estelle, Sylvie, Hattie, Arlo; She is preceded in death by her father, Harry Schaefer, mother, Ethel Schaefer (nee: Strecker), infant son, Michael William Mundy, sister, Mary Chase, sister, Carol Goode.
Beverly and William were married December 20, 1958 and celebrated many years together before William’s passing in 2018, from this union they were blessed with three children. Sean, Michael, and Kindra. Beverly had a deep love for genealogy and spent countless hours researching her family history, connecting with her roots and sharing stories that brought joy to her loved ones. Beverly was also an avid astrology enthusiast, often sharing insights and her interpretations of the stars with friends and family. She challenged her mind by doing jigsaw puzzles and owned over 900 puzzles, with a particular fondness for crossword puzzles that kept her sharp and engaged. Her artistic talents were evident in her quilting, knitting, and sewing. A skilled seamstress, Beverly crafted many beautiful garments and quilts, each piece a testament to her dedication and creativity. Her handiwork brought warmth and happiness to those fortunate enough to receive her creations. Beverly's kindness, creativity, and passion for life will always be remembered by her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
