Carl Herzberg, Sr. of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away on April 8, 2026, at the age of 87. He was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy Herzberg (née: Pollien) of Wentzville, Missouri; He is survived by his son, Carl Herzberg, Jr. of Wentzville, MO; daughter, Lois Kuhn of Wentzville, MO; sister-in-law, Bobbie Herzberg of Elsberry, MO; two grandchildren, Justin (Evey) and Matthew; He is preceded in death by his father, Leo Herzberg, mother, Ina Herzberg (née: Mead), daughter, Deborah Kuhn, brothers, Richard Herzberg, and Nolan Herzberg.
Carl honorably served his country in the United States Navy. After his service, he spent many years working for McDonnell Douglas as a Production Tester, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment. He had a deep passion for cars and was a true enthusiast, especially when it came to collecting Chevys. He could often be found enjoying his favorite sports, with a particular love for golf, baseball, and football.
Carl cherished the time he spent with his family, and nothing brought him greater joy than being with his grandchildren.
Carl will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
