Chantell Baker Obituary

Chantell Denise Baker, age 39, of Lake St. Louis, Missouri, went home to be with her Jesus on August 12, 2025, surrounded in love with her family.

Born in Fallbrook, California, Chantell is survived by her parents, Steve and Lynne Baker; her sisters, Tiffany Baker, Brittany (Shawn) Hickman, and Christina (Travis) Muzzy; and her brother, Nathan Baker.

Chantell was a proud and loving Aunt to her nieces and nephew: Addison Colyer, Eleanor & Allister Hickman, and Ava & Emma Muzzy. Chantell’s amazing love extended beyond her family to her treasured dogs, Gizmo and London, who brought her much happiness.

Chantell was preceded in death by her grandparents, Conrad Albert and Sheila Achor.

Chantell will be remembered for her big strong hugs, radiant spirit, beautiful smile, kind and loving heart, and incredible strength. Her family was her greatest joy. Chantell also found purpose and fulfillment through her day program at Community Living, participating in Recreational Services, Marcy’s Project, and Meals on Wheels. Her faith and friendships at Element Church were some of the most important parts of her life.

A Celebration of Life will be held by the family for all those who loved and knew Chantell on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 10:00 am, with arrival by 9:45 am, at Element Church Wentzville, MO.

In lieu of flowers and to honor Chantell’s life, her family kindly requests that donations be made to PRISMS: https://www.prisms.org/donate/ dedicated “In Memory Of Chantell Baker.”

To honor Chantell’s colorful personality and beautiful spirit, we request that all attendees wear bright-colored attire.

Additionally, in keeping with the spirit of giving, her family asks that you also consider donating blood to Mercy Hospital or the American Red Cross, offering the gift of life to others in need.
