Cheryl (Hoop) Kocher

Cheryl Kocher passed away on May 20, 2023 at the age of 76. Cheryl was born on July 21, 1946 in Columbus, OH to William and Helen Hoop nee Carlisle. 
 She is survived by her two daughters, Karie (Dan Willie) Boyd of Warrenton, MO, Krisie Chapa of Lake St. Louis, MO; sister, Karon Raines of Corpus Christi, TX; grandchildren, Charisin, Joseph, Jessica, Christian, Brendan, Mason, and Averie; 7 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Hoop, mother, Helen Grace Hoop.  
Cheryl was a pastor of City on a Hill Church in Corpus Christi, TX, She was a pastor for 10 years where she enjoyed preaching and helping serve the under privileged.  She was a real estate agent, beautician, and enjoyed cooking. Cheryl loved her dogs and she loved and adored her family especially her grandchildren.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
