Christina “Chris” Lee Warren, 73, passed away on January 18, 2026. Chris lived a life rooted in faith, devotion, and service, touching countless lives through her generous heart and tireless commitment to others.
Chris was the beloved wife of 49 years to James Warren of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. Together, they built a home filled with love, faith, and laughter. She was a devoted mother to her two sons: Tim (Kristin) Warren, Kevin (Charmaine) Warren, who were the pride and joy of her life. She was a loving step mother to Jimmy (Lyndsey) Warren. She cherished her role as grandmother to Elizabeth Christine Warren and Lillian Marie Warren, finding endless happiness in watching them grow.
She is also survived by her brother, Joseph (Vicky) Hunt, along with many extended family members and dear friends. Chris was preceded in death by her parents, Warren Hunt and Lena (Marcellino) Hunt.
Chris’s life was defined by service. A woman of deep Catholic faith, she dedicated countless hours to her parish communities and schools. She was a volunteer “Mom” at St. Elizabeth/St. Robert School, served on the school board, coached in the Bellarmine Speech League, and led as a Cub Scout and “PE Mom.” She was a Eucharistic Minister to nursing home residents through St. Robert Bellarmine Church, bringing comfort and companionship to those in need.
Her giving spirit extended further as she chaired turkey dinners at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Augusta, served as a couple-to-couple marriage preparation mentor at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, and shared her creativity and care as a devoted quilter. Wherever help was needed, Chris quietly stepped forward.
Above all, Chris was a wonderful mother who loved her children fiercely and unconditionally. Serving the Church was not just something she did—it was who she was. Her faith guided her actions, her kindness lifted others, and her example will continue to inspire all who knew her.
