Cynthia Yadamec Obituary

Cindi was born to Jim and Joyce (Gwaltney) Kuda and big sister Debbie in May of 1969. She grew up in the small rural town of Hawk Point at a time when you knew everyone in the town and were related to half of them. Knowing no strangers was a wonderful way to grow up.

Her favorite memories growing up were playing board games like Aggravation with her parents and sister, playing softball with her friends from Hawk Point Elementary School every summer and making up dance routines with her sister Debbie. Since her sister Debbie was only 17 months older and they lived in a rural area they played together every day...Debbie was her best friend.

After graduating from Troy Buchanan High School, she attended University of MO Rolla (now known as MO Science and Technology) for 1 year and quickly learned science and engineering was not for her. She then moved to O'Fallon and got an apartment with her girlfriend Meredith and worked nights while attending college during the day. That night job would change her Iife forever...her first night at work she saw a super cute guy that had a glowing ring around him...that was the night she met Marc Yadamec.

Marc and Cindi were married a year later in 1989. Marc was the light of her life, her best friend and spiritual companion. Nine months after getting married they were blessed with their first son Joseph Lawrence. Joe was the perfect little boy and they couldn't imagine being any happier until in 1994 when they were blessed with their 2nd son Brian Henry. She loved her "3" boys with all her heart. Life couldn't get any better...but it did. In 2013 she enrolled in the RCIA program at St. Patrick Church in Wentzville and was baptized on April 19, 2014- She fell in love with the Catholic faith and her always growing journey with Jesus. She was so grateful to her husband Marc, her Godparents Sparky and Gretchen Sparks, Craig Dunnermann, St. Patrick parish community and the ACTS program for leading her to Jesus...she often said they saved her soul.

In 2018 Cindi was blessed with a whole new kind of love, her granddaughter, Codi Lynette! Codi must have been God’s answer to help her relax and enjoy life. She has magical power that when she is around life’s worries lesson and God’s grace shines. Codi was her “Baby Girl” and she could never get enough time with her.

In 2019 Cindi was blessed with 2 daughters-in-law, Rachel and Natalie. Her boys had grown into wonderful men and chosen great women to build their lives with. You would think that would be the highlight of 2019 but the best was yet to come. On 12/26/19 her grandson, Elliott Alexander was born! Elliott processed the same magical powers as Codi and he brightened her life with joy and love.

In 2021 Cindi was blessed with her third grandchild, a grandson, Wesley Amos. God love’s the little children and I know why. She was very excited that her fourth grandchild was expected to arrive in July.

The example Cindi would like you take from her life is Love like Jesus. God’ s greatest gift and request is love one another, do something nice for a stranger, be kind to others by simply smiling and saying “Hello” or “God Bless You”.

Fog is an opaque mass in the atmosphere. Opaque means not able to be seen through, not transparent. So, what is the purpose of "fog lights" on vehicles??? The blinding bright light does not penetrate fog. The worst are the people that have their fog lights on when there is no fog! For you people, all you are really doing is blinding the person in front of you or come towards you. So, you are actually putting yourself and others in danger by blinding them. The greatest tribute you could do to honor me is TURN YOUR FOG LIGHTS OFF! Thank you and God bless you!

Memorials can be made to St. Patrick's RCIA, St. Vincent De Paul or the Leukemia Research Foundation in care of Pitman Funeral Home.
