Daniel W. Saey

Daniel William Saey of Dardenne Prairie, MO passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at the age of 71 years.

He is survived by his wife, Barb Saey of Dardenne Prairie, MO; one son, Jason Saey and wife, Kathy of St. Charles, MO; four siblings, Mary Theresa Miller of Warrenton, Paul Saey, Jr. of Wentzville, Mike Saey and wife, Loretta of Dardenne Prairie, MO, and Steve Saey and significant other, Dawn Pilkington of Bellefontaine Neighbors, MO; mother-in-law, Edna Becker of O'Fallon; sister-in-law, Pat Selvaggio and husband, Gary of South Carolina; brother-in-law, Randy Becker and significant other, Shari Bellm of Florida; six nieces; six nephews; other relatives, and many friends.

Dan was born June 5, 1950 in St. Louis; son of the late Paul Patrick Saey, Sr. and wife, Rosemary Ahearn Saey. Dan was married August 31, 1974 to Barb Becker in St. Louis County. He retired after 27 years at Metropolitan Sewer District in St. Louis. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed game night, all TV sports, and “Casino Day” with his brothers.

He was preceded in death by one sister-in-law, Janie Saey and one brother-in-law, Gary Becker.

Memorials preferred to American Lung Association or American Heart Association.

Dan will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
