Dorothy (Boden) Caswell

Dorothy Caswell (nee:Boden) of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 90. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward Caswell; She is survived by her two sons, Mark (Jody) Caswell of St. Louis, MO, Kirk (Susan) Caswell of O' Fallon, MO; daughter, Cheryle Kolbe of Wentzville, MO; five grandchildren, Eddy, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Claire, Kelsey; six, great grandchildren; She is preceded in death by her father, Raymond Boden, mother, Dorothy Boden (nee: Hunt), brother, Robert Boden. 

Dorothy was married to Edward for 57 wonderful years until his passing in 2010. Their union brought forth three cherished children: Mark, Kirk, and Cheryle. A dedicated member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Dorothy also participated actively in the Ladies Auxiliary and shared her passion for quilting as a member of the Perky Pieces quilting club. Her talent for crafting beautiful quilts was only matched by her love for family gatherings, especially during the holidays, where her home was filled with laughter and her home-cooked meals. Dorothy had a zest for life that included a love for travel, but her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She treasured each moment with them, creating lasting memories that they will forever cherish. Dorothy a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
