Dorothy Marie (Latson) Morgan

Dorothy Marie Morgan of Troy, Missouri passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the age of 90 years.

She is survived by two children, Vicky Koonley and husband, Rick of St. Peters, MO and Tom Morgan of Troy, MO; 18 nieces and nephews, and friends.

Dorothy was born May 25, 1931 in Houston, Texas; daughter of the late Fred C. Latson and wife, Mary Ethel Byrd. She was married to Harold Morgan September 1, 1947, and they cherished 74 years together. Dorothy was a very active and long-time member of Dardenne Presbyterian Church; where she served as Sunday School teacher, Elder, Director of Christian Education, and was active in Stephens Ministries. She had been on several mission trips to Mexico. She enjoyed golfing, woodworking, and playing bridge.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold July 13, 2021 and two siblings, Ottis Latson and wife, Patsy and Billie Louise Mydland and husband, George.

Memorials preferred to Dardenne Presbyterian Church.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
