Obituary
Esther S. Speer of St. Peters, Missouri passed away on September 14, 2023 at the age of 85. She is survived by her two daughters, Liz Farinella of O'Fallon, MO, Linda (Rick) Plate of St. Peters, MO; sister-in-law, Bev Cooper of CA; brother, Tim (Gie) Cooper of St. Louis, MO; two sisters, Mary (Steve) Borgmeyer of St. Louis, MO and Dottie (Rick) Cooper of St. Louis, MO; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Ray Cooper, mother, Esther B. Larsen nee Haynes, husband, Tullas W. Speer, son, Robert Balch, brothers, John Cooper and James Cooper, and two grandchildren.
Esther was a collector of baseball cards and costume jewelry, she also enjoyed watching Cardinal baseball, soccer, and movies. She liked to sit out on her front porch with her family and chit-chat with them and the people passing by. Esther also loved turtles and spending time on her computer. Most of all, she loved her family and cherished the time spent with them, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by many family and friends.
