Forrest Wade of Wright City, Missouri passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the age of 80 years.

He is survived by four sons, Robert Wade of Wright City, MO, Michael (April) Wade of Moscow Mills, MO, Daniel Wade of Warrenton, MO, and Clayton (Chris) Wade of Wright City, MO; six siblings, Bud Wade of Viola, MO, Judy Cross of Camdenton, MO, Curtis Wade of Springfield, MO, Preston Wade of Springfield, MO, Louie Wade of California, and Vicky Linenweber of Marthasville, MO; 9 grandchildren; other relatives, and many friends.

Forrest Wilburn Wade was born November 11, 1940 in Richland, Missouri; son of the late Forrest William Wade and wife, Victory Mary Weeks Wade.

Forrest married Janet Brockman October 8, 1960 and four sons were born to this marriage. He was employed as a heavy equipment operator for AJ Plumbing for 33 years. He was a member of Heavy Equipment Operators Union #513. He enjoyed hot rod cars and fishing.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Janet September 15, 2018.
