Gene Reckamp

Gene  Reckamp passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 90. Gene was born January 31, 1931 in Florissant, MO to Eugene and Rose Reckamp nee Keeven.  
Gene served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean war from 1952-1954. Gene was married to Marilyn Behlmann on April 23, 1955 in Bridgeton, MO and they celebrated 66 wonderful years together. 
Gene is survived by his beloved wife Marilyn Reckamp nee Behlmann of Wright City, MO; 6 children, Eugene G. (Denise) Reckamp of Warrenton, MO, Sharon (Dave) Dear of Versailles, MO, Ralph (Cindy) Reckamp of Wright City, MO, Vernon (Treesa) Reckamp of Marthasville, MO, Gerald (Linda) Reckamp of Warrenton, MO, David (Marylin) Reckamp of Wright City, MO; two sisters, Irma Korte of Hazelwood, Eileen Witte of Marshfield, MO; 18 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
  He is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Reckamp, mother, Rose Reckamp, 2 brother in laws, Bob Korte and Stanley Witte.
