Gerald "Jerry" E. Boles of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away on July 19, 2026, at the age of 86. He is survived by his beloved wife, Peggy Boles (née: Dickherber) of Wentzville, Missouri; two sons, Randy P. Boles of Wausau, WI, and Robert "Bob" (Dawn) Boles of St. Peters, MO; grandchildren, Danielle (John), Olivia, Nicholas, and Zachary; great grandchild, Odette; He is preceded in death by his Father, Dewey Boles, Mother, Vera Boles (nee: Skaggs), brother, Harold Boles, and sister, Fay Boles.  

Jerry and Peggy were united in marriage, and from this union, they were blessed with two sons, Randy and Robert "Bob." 

Jerry was a faithful member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Wentzville. He was a proud union carpenter and a 50-year card holder with the Carpenters Union. Throughout his long career, he helped build and shape much of St. Peters and St. Charles County, leaving behind a lasting legacy through his skilled craftsmanship and dedication to his trade. He had a lifelong passion for cars and was exceptionally talented at working on and building them. Whether restoring them or building a race car from the ground up, or preparing for the next drag race, Jerry's knowledge and craftsmanship were unmatched. He especially enjoyed building cars for his sons, creating memories that they would treasure forever. He was deeply involved in their lives and was a constant source of encouragement, guidance, and inspiration to his entire family. But most of all he loved his family and friends and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
