Glenda Dowd-Tait

Glenda Dowd-Tait passed away on July 30, 2021 at the age of 71. Glenda was born May 12, 1950 in St. Louis, MO to Richard and Lorrain Coley nee Stevson. 
 She is survived by her husband, Rick Tait of Warrenton, MO;  two sons, Mike (Darla) Dowd of Marthasville, MO, Richard Jason (Cathe) Dowd of Warrenton, MO; twin sister, Brenda McMenamy of St. Peters, MO; two brothers, Harry (Barb) Coley of St. Peters, MO, Donald  Coley of Jonesburg, MO; brother in law, Curt Vancil of St. Peters, MO; three grandsons, Michael (Electie) Dowd, Joshua (Cortney) Dowd, Logan  Dowd; granddaughter, Emily Dowd; 4 great-grandchildren. 
 She is preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Dowd,  father, Richard  Coley, mother, Lorrain Coley, sister, Bonnie Grimm, sister, Connie Vancil.  
 Glenda was a graduate of Charis Bible College. She was a leader and participant in church and evangelizing and worshiping with church groups. A faith minister network partner. Glenda was a founder of Glenda Tait Ministries and  she was a director of Faith Ministries for International Partners. Glenda enjoyed playing cards, loved entertaining and traveling. She was a great cook, loved her family and friends. She was always so very proud of her boys and her grandchildren were her light.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew .
