Gloria Jean (Helvey) Lewis

Gloria Jean Lewis passed away on April 17, 2025 at the age of 80. Gloria was born March 22, 1945 in St. Louis, MO to the late Richard and Dorothy Helvey nee Harris. Gloria grew up in St. Louis, and moved to a farm in Wright City at the age of 12 with her parents and sister Nancy. At the age of 16 she married Frank Lewis, where 4 children were united from this marriage, Frank, Cheri, Justine and Debroah. Gloria worked at numerous factories and restaurants, she loved to have fun and had a ton of friends. Gloria loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren as they were her whole world; she loved her whole family with all of her heart. 
She is survived by her three children, Frank (Lisa) Lewis of Manhattan, KS, Deborah (Mark) Grindey of Saint Louis, MO, Cheri  Lewis of Manhattan, KS;  sister, Nancy Tucker; three grandsons, Travis Odom, Keith Ordelheide, Matthew Kinealy; 2 great-grandsons, Tristan and TJ  Odom;  She is preceded in death by her father, Richard  Helvey, mother, Dorothy  Helvey, daughter Justine Kimberly Lewis.   She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
