H. Ray Hopkins Obituary

H. Ray Hopkins passed away in Lake St. Louis, MO on October 15, 2021 at the age of 86. He was the beloved husband of Gayle Dix Hopkins of Wentzville, Missouri; He is survived by his wife, three children, Cheryl (Ron) Schifano of Wildwood, MO, Retha (Kevin) DeMartino of Wildwood, MO, Matthew J. (Amy) Ferguson of Wentzville, MO; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Ray had a great sense of humor and enjoy making people laugh and having a good time. He loved to admire and collect old cars, spending time driving and cleaning them. He took great pleasure in spending time with his family and friends, but most of all loved the Lord. Ray was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Rev. William Hopkins and Elizabeth Huber Hopkins and his brother, Donald Hopkins.
