James E. Boos passed away on March 26, 2020 at the age of 94.

James was born November 4, 1925 in Alton, IL to John H. and Thelma L. Boos nee Wilkinson.

Jim was a member of Holy Rosary Church in Warrenton. Jim served his country in WWII in the United States Army. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW in Warrenton and Hazelwood. Jim enjoyed wood working, creating projects, working in his flower gardens, watching the St. Louis Cardinals baseball, but Jim's favorite thing to look forward to was calling his children and grandchildren to sing them happy birthday. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Jim is survived by his children, David Boos of Florissant, MO, Nancy (John) Zykan of Greenville, IL, Mary Kathryn (Mel) Buxton of Florissant, MO, Susan Kertz of Greenville, IL, Lauren (Terry) Krigbaum of Warrenton, MO, Mary Pat Boos of CA, Patricia Hill of Warrenton, MO, Sharon (Mark) Bennett of Warrenton, MO, Margaret Roach of Wellsville, MO, Barbara (Bill) McVey of Troy, MO, John (Maria) Boos of Union City, CA, Thomas (Sheila) Boos of Warrenton; brother, Fred Kossmann of St. Louis, MO. 32 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, John H. Boos, mother, Thelma L. Kossman, 1st wife, Ruth Mary Boos nee Mehlville, 2nd wife, Madeline Boos nee: Ries, son, Baby Jimmy Boos, daughter, Janet Misbauer, sister, Dorothy Polite, daughter in law, Kathy Boos, son in law, Wayne Roach, grandson, Terrance "Terry D" Krigbaum, granddaughter, Cyndi Boos.

Funeral Services for Jim will be private.
