James Meyer Obituary

James Alexander Meyer of O’Fallon, Missouri passed away May 25, 2020 at the age of 30 years.
He is survived by his parents, Roger and Diane Meyer of O’Fallon; his mother, Frayanell Dawson Meyer of Savannah, GA; four brothers, Ramsey Meyer of Savannah, GA, Brian Young of Hawkpoint, MO, Jason Moore of O’Fallon, and Justin Runyan of Savannah, GA; two sisters, Erin Laroche of Savannah, GA and Lindsey Cooper of Dover, DE; other relatives, and many friends.
Alex worked as a carpenter and electrician. He enjoyed working on and riding motorcycles. He also enjoyed restoring cars and trucks. He was the type of man that could look at something, take it apart, fix it, and put it back together and it would work as it should.
He was very devoted to his family and enjoyed being around them. Alex always had a smile on his face. He was a loving and caring person that would be there with a helping hand and always had time for a chat.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oliver and Marian Meyer of Defiance, MO and Alvin and Francis Dawson of Alvoyd, TX.
