James Michael Pollard of Moscow Mills, Missouri, passed away on July 14, 2026, at the age of 69. He is survived by his parents, Louie and JoAnn (née: Smith) Pollard, daughter, Sara (Mike) Harris; two sons, Zack (Kaitlin) Pollard, Jesse (Kaitlyn Pelker) Pollard; two sisters, Kathy (Tim Wilbur) Pollard, Karen (Keith) Willer; two brothers, Mark (Sophie) Pollard, Kristopher (Nicole) Pollard; grandchildren, Logan, Addison, Bailey, Landon and Lakelyn.

Michael grew up in Wentzville, Missouri, where he graduated from Holt High School. Following graduation, he made his home in Moscow Mills, Missouri.

Michael had a lifelong passion for music. He not only loved playing and listening to music but also found great joy in teaching music and sharing that passion with others.

Above all else, Michael cherished his family. He was a proud and devoted grandfather who treasured every moment spent with his grandchildren. He loved gathering with family, sharing laughter, and reminiscing with stories from years gone by.

Michael will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
