James "Jim" David Meece

James Meece passed away in Lake St. Louis, MO on October 16th, 2021 at the age of 53. He was born to Larry and Pat Meece. He is survived by his wife, Cathy, their two children, Cody and Chad, mother, and sister, Tracie Ward. He is preceded in death by his father.

Jim was the kind of man that could brighten up any room that he walked into. His “I do what I want” personality was always evident, whether he was brewing beer, drinking beer, watching a Blues game, or enjoying the lake. Jim could accomplish anything he wanted no matter how difficult or how many obstacles were in his way; this attitude, “I will win, it’s just a matter of how many bodies are left in my wake”, guided him through every aspect of his life. Yet, he was still a guiding Uncle, Coach, and coworker, an encouraging friend, and a compassionate son, husband, and father. Jim will be sorely missed, but his memory and love will never be lost or forgotten.
