Jean (Laramie) Weinreis Reel

Jean Weinreis Reel of Wentzville, MO passed away Monday, May 18, 2020. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Weinreis; her son, Brian (Paula Goodman - survives) Weinreis; her parents, Irvin and Ethel Laramie; and two brothers, Leslie (Mona - survives) Laramie and Donald (Janette - survives) Laramie.

Jean is survived by her husband, Walter Reel; her children, Joe (Linda) Weinreis, Gene (Nancy) Weinreis, and Kim (Keith) Dickherber, her stepchildren, Michael (Cathy) Reel, Daniel (Mary) Reel, Kenneth (Judy) Reel, and Susanne Roethler; her grandchildren, Brian (Jessica) Weinreis, Christopher Weinreis, Jesse Weinreis, Lauren (Brice) Page, Kayla Weinreis, Matthew (Colleen) Dickherber, Kevin Dickherber, Alex Dickherber, Kyle Dickherber, Bradley Dickherber, Alina (Josh) Stewart, Alec Weinreis, Danielle Weinreis; her step-grandchildren, Curtis (Shannon) Reel, Timothy Reel, Brittney (Chris) Donovan, Eric Roethler, Danielle (Alex) Alsup, Nichole (Jake) York, Kenneth Reel, Jr., Meghan Reel, Joshua (Katie) Reel, and Jacob Reel; her twelve great-grandchildren; her seven step-great-grandchildren; and she was a beloved aunt, great-aunt, and cousin.

Jean was a faithful parishioner of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in New Melle. The joy of Jean's life was her family and especially her grandchildren. Together, they shared countless experiences over the years and Jean cherished the memories they made spending time with one another. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
