Jeanette "Jan" Merry

Jeanette "Jan"  Merry passed away on September 1, 2021 with her family by her side at the age of 88.  Jeanette was born June 21, 1933 in Widemouth, West Virginia to the late Walter and Viola Semenske nee Wiley.
Jan married the love of her life James Merry on April 11, 1953 and they celebrated 56 years together before his passing in 2009. Jan and Jim loved traveling, especially to Branson. Jan was an avid reader and loved the St. Louis Cardinals. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Jan is survived by her 4 children James (Marlene) Merry of Troy,  Debbie (Bill) Fischer of Warrenton, MO, Kathy Wilson of Warrenton, MO, Steven (Susan) Merry of O'Fallon, MO; 11 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; dear friends, Olga (Denzil) Shepard of O'Fallon, MO
  She is preceded in death by her husband, James Merry,father, Walter Semenkse, mother, Viola Semenske, brother, Gene Semenske, sister, Eileen  Rutherford, sister, Margaret Sanders, son-in-law, Bill Wilson.
