John Cimmarusti Obituary

John H. Cimmarusti of O' Fallon, Missouri passed away on April 28, 2025 at the age of 60. He is survived by his beloved mother Carol Cimmarusti (nee: Carlson) of O' Fallon, Missouri; brother, Jeff (Michelle) Cimmarusti of St. Charles, MO; nephew, Nick Cimmarusti; niece, Danielle (Chris) Turgeon; great nieces, Olivia and Isabelle; He is preceded in death by his father, John A. Cimmarusti.

John lived life to the fullest, leaving behind a legacy of joy and laughter that touched the lives of many. John was a passionate fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and the St. Louis Blues. His enthusiasm for sports extended to horse racing, where he particularly looked forward to the excitement of the Kentucky Derby each year. In his younger days, John was an accomplished athlete, playing football and wrestling during high school, showcasing his competitive spirit and dedication. John had a zest for adventure, enjoying both water and snow skiing, and he loved sharing these experiences with family and friends. John had an infectious sense of humor and was a remarkable storyteller, and he had a unique talent for making friends wherever he went. John’s laughter was truly a gift, and he loved nothing more than enjoying good times with those he cared about. In recognition of his hard work and dedication, John was honored to receive the Lake St. Louis, Business Person of the Year award alongside his father. This achievement was a proud moment for him, reflecting his commitment to excellence. Above all, John cherished his family and the time he spent with them. John will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
