Judith "Judy" Annette Fox (nee: Stephens), passed away on April 4, 2025 at the age of 84.
Judy was born February 2, 1941 in St Louis, MO, daughter of Marvin "Steve" and Marie (Romines) Stephens. Judy graduated from Wellston High School and was voted Best Athlete in her class, playing softball, basketball, volleyball and bowling.
Judy married her husband, Robert "Bob" Fox in September 1961. They were married 50 years prior to Bob's passing in 2011. Together, they owned and operated Bob's Transmission and Automotive Service in Maryland Heights since 1989.
Judy is survived by her daughters, Cindy (Tim) Fox-Griffey of Dardenne Prairie, MO and Jodie (Craig) Triplett of Wentzville, MO; 12 grandchildren, Vince (Danielle), Stacy (Brannan), Brian (Viral), Melissa (Connor), Adam (Hannah), Samantha (Zach), Jacob (Emma), Connor (Sarah), Robbie, Taylor (Katie), Aubree and Dustin; and 12 great grandchildren.
Along with her parents, Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Bob Fox; her boyfriend of 10 years, Jabo Jablonowski, and son, Rob Fox.
Judy loved spending time with her family and was an active Mother and Grandmother. Summers were spent in the pool, at Six Flags, Eckerts, Grant's Farm, fishing, gardening or vacationing. She enjoyed sports when she was younger playing softball, racquetball, volleyball and bowling. She was a fan of the St Louis Rams and St Louis Cardinals. She will be remembered for her strength, kindness, attention to detail, her bright blue eyes, beautiful smile and love for her family. She will be missed dearly.
