Karen (Lang) Bross

Karen Bross passed away on March 30, 2021 at the age of 68. She was the beloved fiancée of James Sekarski of Lake Sherwood Estates, MO.  She is survived by her mother, Lois Lang nee Borgschulte; two daughters, Lisa (Brian) Rustemeyer of Wentzville, MO, and Laurie (Chris) Hayes of Washington, MO; two sisters, Kathy Lang and Debbie (Dave) Koepke; six grandchildren, Carter, Grayson, Loralie, Gracie, Ethan, Evan; several neices, nephews, and other relatives; and furbaby, Abbi.  She is preceded in death by her father, Frank Lang. Karen enjoyed her job as a casino dealer at the Ameristar, where she was employed for 20 years. She took pleasure in taking trips to Mexico and relaxing on the beach. At Christmas, her favorite past-time was to bake cookies with her grandchildren. Karen was a good soul, the sweetest person you ever met, and extremely outgoing. She preferred to be out and about where she would turn any stranger into a friend, engaging in long conversations.  Karen cared very deeply for her friends and family, and always had a special place in heart for her soul mate James and her dog Abbi. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
