Kathryn Malon Obituary
Katherine C. Malon (née: Allen) of Jonesburg, Missouri, passed away on May 24, 2026, at the age of 76. ; She is survived by one sister, Marsha (Mike Jones) Allen of Louisville, CO; She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Chester Malon, father, Hershel Allen, and mother, Kathryn Allen (née:Coffman).
Kathryn was born on June 3, 1949, in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Hershel and Kathryn Allen.
She was a dedicated member of the Henry Shaw Cactus and Succulent Society. Kathryn was active in the local cactus community and proudly served as editor of the society's newsletter.
Kathryn had a deep love for cats and books. She found joy both in reading and in the art of printing. Kathryn will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
