Keith Schlitt Obituary

Keith Vincent Schlitt of St. Louis, MO passed away on January 30, 2025 at the age of 57. Keith was born March 15, 1967, son of Harold and Alma (Littlepage) Schlitt.  He is survived by his two sons; Brian (Liz) Schlitt and Kevin Schlitt; three grandchildren, Alexis Johnson, Brian Schlitt, Jr., and Carson Schlitt; seven siblings, Michael (Mary) Schlitt, Bernietta (Forest) Hammond, David (Karen) Schlitt, Glynn (Barbara) Schlitt, Harold (Tony) Schlitt, Yvonne Kennedy, and Nadine (Jeri) Cessna; and uncle to many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and two siblings, Margaret Smith and Claudia Sue Clarice. 

Keith was very proud of his accomplishment as a union firefighter at the Community Fire Protection District and active member of Local 2665.  He served Local 2665 as the Political Relations Director making a profound impact on first responders and their families. He enjoyed time spent with his friends and family and will be dearly missed by all. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on March 9th, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the PFEM Hall, 115 McMenamy Road, St. Peters, MO 63376
