Kenneth George Harris passed away on May 15, 2026, at the age of 79.

Kenneth proudly served in the United States Coast Guard for 24 years, dedicating much of his life to serving his country. On June 12, 1980, he married Joyce Harris, and together they shared many years of love and companionship.

Kenneth enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved fishing, playing pool, attending church, and playing guitar. He especially cherished spending time with his family. He was also known for his love of Cherry Pepsi, popsicles, and ice cream, which always brought a smile to his face.

He is survived by his six children, Harold (Susanne) Harris of St. Petersburg, FL, George (Joel Troxell) Harris of Wentzville, MO, Orville (Sharla) Harris of Crossville, TN, Jeannette (Kenneth Robertson) Belanger of Sardis, TN, Christine (Dustin) Huffman of St. Charles, MO, and Robert (Heidi) Forbes of Troy, MO; his son-in-law, Thomas Saunders of Appleton, WI; his three sisters, Connie (Dave) Gosnell, Carol (Larry) Rader, and Chris (Mike Eichenlaub) Hughes; 29 grandchildren; and 45 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Harris; his children, Pamela Chandler and Patricia Saunders; his father, Harry Hughes; his mother, Ruth Hughes; and his brother, Roy Harris.

Kenneth will be remembered for his love of family, his faithful spirit, and the many memories he created with those he loved.
