Larry J. Birk

Larry J. Birk of Wentzville, Missouri passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 72. He was the beloved husband of Deborah "Deb" Birk nee Morgan nee of Wentzville, Missouri; He is survived by his two sons, Cory Vance (Elizabeth) Birk of Wentzville, MO, Joel Robert (Suzy) Birk of Chesterfield, MO; three sisters-in-law, Jean Birk of Lees Summit, MO, Gloria Birk of Hermann, MO, Carolyn Birk of Palm Beach, FL; four brothers, Rodney (Sandi) Birk of Oakville, MO, Thomas (Valerie) Birk of Flossmoor, IL, David (Pam) Birk of Independence, MO, Kevin (Vickie) Birk of Wildwood, MO; three sisters, Frances (Charles) McDonald of Ft. Myers, FL, Mary (Myles) Cohen of Stanford, CT, Becky (Henry) Viola of Ballwin, MO; four grandchildren, Aidan, Thomas, Noah, and Hunter.

Larry's hobbies included writing "life" stories and passing down this information for his children and grandchildren to enjoy.  He liked gardening and had a great sense of humor.  He had a special dog "Riley" who will also miss him.  Larry was affectionately known as "Opa" to his grandchildren and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.  
  
He is preceded in death by his father, Leo Nick Birk, mother, Florence Birk nee Danuser, sister, Shirley Koenig, brothers, Dennis Birk, Elmer Birk, and Leo Birk; brother-in-law, Joseph Koenig.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
