Lisa (Kolodgie) Murphy

Lisa Murphy (nee: Kolodgie) of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 63. She is survived by her two daughters, Tanya Green (nee: Sankey) of Wentzville, MO, Kelly (Randall) Crothers (nee: Sankey) of NH; sister, Sue (Steve) Black of Rolla, MO; grandchildren, Haley Marie Luce, Lily Rose Green and Grace Elizabeth Green; She is preceded in death by her father, Vurl Cooley, mother, Margaret Kolodgie (nee: Rogers), step-father Virgil Kolodgie, brother, David Kolodgie, brother, Thomas Kolodgie. 

Lisa had a passion for many things that made her truly unique. She cherished her beloved dog, Lucy, and found joy in the simple pleasures of gardening and the beauty of nature. The color purple brightened her world, and she had a special fondness for mimosa trees. A lover of music, Lisa found happiness in attending concerts. The mountains held a special place, offering her solace and inspiration. Most importantly, Lisa adored spending quality time with her grandchildren, creating lasting memories that brought her immense joy. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
