Lois M. Staples passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 86. She was the beloved wife of the late Rudolph Staples, Jr. of Foristell, Missouri; Lois worked for the US Bankruptcy Court in St. Louis for 17 years. She then followed her passion of art and made it her career for the past 55 years. Lois taught art out of her home for decades inspiring hundreds to pick up a brush and create magic, while laughing along the way. She painted up until her death. She was an international artist, which allowed her paintings to be purchased and placed in homes and businesses all over the world. Her family and friends was blessed with her talents, but most importantly, they were blessed to be able to be a part of her life and spirit. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Carolyn Coulter of KS; niece, Ann Marie (Larry) Hafner of Olathe, KS; nephew, Dale Coulter of KS; She is preceded in death by her Father, Everett Coulter, mother, Ina Belle Clinkenbeard, husband, Rudolph Joseph Staples, Jr., brother, Gale E. Coulter, brother, Don R. Coulter, sister-in-law, Wilma Coulter.
