Margaret Elaine Conger

Margaret Elaine Conger, 64, of Warrenton, Missouri passed away Monday, June 1, 2020 at her home.

          The daughter of Jean and Shirley (Matthews) Powell, she was born September 12, 1955 at Durham, North Carolina.

          She was preceded in death by her father.

          She is survived by: two daughters, Tonya Davidson of Wentzville, Missouri and Barbara “Josie” Brusca and her husband, Cory of St. Charles, Missouri; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; her mother, Shirley Powell of Fort Collins, Colorado; three sisters, Christy Wyatt and husband, Tom and Lois Blair, all of Warrenton, Missouri and Felicia Hamilton and her husband, Harry of Fort Collins, Colorado; and two brothers, Carlos Powell of Enterprise, Alabama and Jean Powell, Jr. and wife, Sherri of Alhambra, Illinois.

          Margaret managed several different restaurants in the area. She loved travelling. Her family described her as feisty, independent and hard-headed but she always had good intentions.
