Margaret L. Guffey (née: Williamson) of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away on July 30, 2026 at the age of 86. She was the beloved wife of the late James Guffey; She is survived by her two daughters, Barbara Dothage, and Jamie Lawson; seven, grandchildren; six, great grandchildren; She is preceded in death by her father, John Williamson, mother, Stella Williamson (née: Usselton), son, Stan Guffey, daughter, Sandra Maxwell, and sister, Alma Jean Ellis.
Margaret was a talented homemaker who found great joy in sewing, crocheting, and quilting, creating countless handmade treasures for those she loved. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan and rarely missed watching a game. Above all, Margaret's faith was the foundation of her life. She faithfully read her Bible and daily devotions each day and was a devoted member of Lake Saint Louis Baptist Church for many years before later attending Twin Oaks Church at the assisted living facility. Margaret cherished every moment spent with her family, who brought her immense joy throughout her life. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
