Marilyn M. (Wolfe) Sharkey

Marilyn Sharkey passed away on April 18, 2021. She was the beloved wife of James Sharkey of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. She is survived by her daughter, Jamie Sharkey-Gonzalez; two granddaughters, Briana Sharkey-Gonzalez and Kennedi Sharkey; five cousins, Janet Hollenbeck, Arthur Mailin, Scot Armstrong, Jay Armstrong, Jennifer Armstrong. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Minna Wolfe; and brother, Raymond Wolfe. Marilyn was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Josephville, Missouri. She was a talented quilter and member of the Quilting Club of Lake Saint Louis. Marilyn and her husband were married for 60 years. Close to retirement, they began traveling around the world to places including New Zealand, Germany, Italy, and Japan, just to name a few. Some of Marilyn's fondest memories of her travels abroad were sailing on riverboat cruises throughout Europe with her husband. Marilyn loved animals, but most of all, loved spending time with her grandkids. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
