Marshall Featherston Obituary

Marshall O. Featherston, 81, of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026.

Marshall was a longtime resident of Wentzville and a well-known member of the local community. For many years, he proudly owned and operated Wentzville Floor Covering, providing residential and commercial flooring services.

Marshall was also an active member of the Lion’s Club, where he enjoyed serving his community and connecting with friends. When he wasn’t working, he could often be found outside caring for his yard. He took great pride in mowing and meticulously manicuring his lawn, a hobby that reflected his appreciation for simple pleasures and a job well done.

Above all, Marshall cherished his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Sandra Featherston (née Goebel) of Wentzville, Missouri; his daughters, Tina Smith and Angie Featherston; his brothers, Larry (Peggy) Featherston and Junior (Frances) Featherston; and his sisters, Christine Landes, Joan Rodgers, Brenda (Greg) Beaver, and Linda (Kirk) Nichols.

He also leaves behind nine grandchildren: Cierra (Jeff) Little, Douglas (Tara) Swoboda, Milena Diaz, Dakota Bailey, Kevin Branden, Ryan Branden, Skyla Swoboda, Neylani Diaz, and Kaiden Swoboda, along with many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. Marshall also shared a special bond with his beloved dog, Bella, who brought him much joy and companionship.

Marshall was preceded in death by his father, Owen B. Featherston; his mother, Beatrice Pauline Featherston (née Scott); and his daughter, Michele Terry.
