Mary "Chris" Christine Hill

Mary "Chris" Christine Hill, 54, of Florissant, Missouri, passed away November 19, 2020, at Bridgeton, Missouri.

The daughter of Richard V. and Mary (Schallenberg) Geen, she was born May 18, 1966 at St. Louis, Missouri.

On May 30, 1987, she married her best friend, Walter “Sparky” Hill, who survives.

Also surviving her are: two daughters, Tifanie Stephens and her husband, Craig of O Fallon, MO and Katie Hill of St. Charles, MO; her brother, Richard V. Geen Jr. and his wife, Kimberly of Arnold, MO;  her sister, Paula Plack of Winfield, MO; two grandchildren, Braylyn C. Stephens and Tucker C. Stephens; many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other family and friends especially Sheri Rizzo. She also had several pets who survive her and preceded her in death. She is preceded in death by her parents Richard V. and Mary Kay (Schallenberg) Geen and many other loved ones. She was of the Christian faith. Chris loved all animals especially dogs. She enjoyed riding horses and watching her grandchildren ride. Chris cherished her time with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday November 24, 2020 at Pitman Funeral Home, 1545 Wentzville Pkwy., Wentzville, MO 63385.Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., Monday, November 23, 2020. Interment will be in the Resurrection Cemetery, 6901 MacKenzie Rd., St. Louis , Missouri. Memorial donations may be made to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (nhlbi.nih.gov) or to a local animal shelter of the donor’s choice.
