Obituary
Michael "Mike" Gene Sayers of Hawk Point, Missouri passed away on August 29, 2023 at the age of 83.
Mike proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines as a tank driver and was a member of Hawk Point VFW Post 7560 where he enjoyed going for coffee each morning and hanging out with his friends. He was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, shooting pool, and took pleasure in building houses. His dog Jack was his pride and joy. Most of all, he loved his three girls and spending time with them and his extended family and friends.
He is survived by his three daughters, Michelle Sayers of FL, Cheri Wiese of TX, and Lori Gioia of FL; nine brothers and sisters; 5 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, George Sayers, mother, Virginia Penn.
