Mitzi DeNise (Smith) Rose

Mitzi DeNise Rose of Wentzville, Missouri passed away Monday, August 2, 2021 at the age of 58 years.

She is survived by her husband, Melvin Rose of Wentzville; five children, Melvin Rose II and wife, Molly of Sleeper, MO, Melanie Rose-McRoberts and husband, Donald of Lebanon, MO, Bridget Rose-Miller and husband, Mark of Lebanon, Stormie Rose and fiancé, Quinten LaRocque of Lebanon, and Sequoia Beauchamp and husband, Tyler of Raymore, MO; daughter-in-law, Melissa Couch of Lebanon; 18 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; other relatives, and friends.

Mitzi was born August 24, 1962 in St. Louis; daughter of the late James Smith and wife, Violet Louise McKinley Smith. Mitzi was married to Melvin Rose in December of 1987. She was a member of Element Church in Wentzville. Mitzi was called “mom” by many people and was always helping others.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Jesse Couch and three siblings, Misti Richard, Mallie Smith, and James Smith.
