Patricia (Canoy) O' Neal

Patricia O' Neal (née: Canoy) of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away on July 31, 2026 at the age of 75. She was the beloved wife of the late Elmo (Skip) O' Neal; She is survived by her son, Jeffrey O' Neal; daughter, Bridget (Travis) Thomason; three brothers, John (Judy) Canoy, Richard (Fran) Canoy, Gerard (Cynthia) Canoy; five sisters, Shirley Fraser, Kate Huber, Janet Marstall, Denise Boston, Theresa (Kenneth) Dickhens; grandchildren, Alex (Madalyn), Adam, Andy, Ella and Mia; sister-in-law, Paula Canoy; She is preceded in death by her father, Leonard Canoy, mother, Catherine Canoy (née: Worth), brother, Leonard Canoy, brother, Denis Canoy, brother-in-law, Gregory Marstall, brother-in-law, Frank Boston, brother-in-law, Winston Fraser, and brother-in-law, Ralph Huber.

Patricia was united in marriage to the love of her life, Skip, and they shared many wonderful years together before his passing in 2019. From this union, they were blessed with two children.

Patricia had a vibrant personality and never met a stranger. She loved to talk, dance, and spend time with the people she loved most. She enjoyed traveling, bowling, crocheting, reading, and watching reality television shows. Patricia also loved visiting casinos, especially in Las Vegas, where she made many wonderful memories. She treasured going out to lunch with her family and friends and especially cherished every moment spent with her beloved grandchildren.

Anyone who knew Patricia knew she was rarely without her favorite Fountain Diet Pepsi with extra ice, it was a simple pleasure. Patricia will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
