Ralph William Key 77, of Wright City, MO passed away on March 28, 2020 at St. Joseph Hospital West.
Ralph was born June 22, 1942 in St. Louis, MO to the late Luther W. and Marguerite Key nee Ruff.
Ralph and his late wife Dorothy were married on November 4, 1960 and celebrated 58 years of marriage before her passing in 2017 . Ralph and Dorothy bought property in Wright City where they lived and raised their family for 49 years. Ralph was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Warrenton, MO, the Lions Club and GMAC Music Association. Ralph retired as general foreman from Ford Motor Company in Hazelwood after 30 years. Ralph played bass guitar and sang which was an amazing gift from God. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Ralph is survived by his children, Dennis William (Ellen) Key of Warrenton, MO, Patricia Ann Key of Troy, MO, Tracy Ann (Brian Dixon) Dunnermann of Wesley Chapel, FL; sister, Lorraine Ruff of St. Charles, MO; 11 grandchildren- Paige, Brooke, Matthew, Dustin, Megan, Gaige, Morgan, Grayce, Jamie, Mikayla, Crystal; 15 great-grandchildren-Noah, Scarlet, Paisley, Luke, Jace, Annabelle, Patrick, Julia, Heidi, Emory, Sawyer, Sutton, Hailynn, Linkin, Julian; He is preceded in death by his father, Luther William Key, mother, Margarite Key, wife, Dorothy Ann Key, brother, Ronald Key.
Visitation and Funeral Mass will be private. Interment will be at Wright City Cemetery, Wright City, MO.
