Ralph "Ed" Edward Jacobs

Ralph “Ed” Edward Jacobs passed away May 25, 2022, at the age of 75.

Ed was born November 20, 1946, in Landcaster, PA. He was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War completing three tours (1964-1966). During his service he received three Purple Hearts. He was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corp, December 2, 1969.

Upon discharge he moved to Missouri and began work as a machine mechanic. Ed was a long-time employee at Heubel Shaw.

Ed’s experience in the Marines was one of his proudest accomplishments. “Once a Marine, always a Marine.” He will be missed by many close friends and holds a special place in many hearts.

He is preceded in death by his fallen brothers of India Company 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines.
