Raymond Bowers Obituary

Raymond H. Bowers, 62, of St. Louis, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 22, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Ohio, Ray made St. Louis his home for more than 40 years. He was known for his mischievous spirit, sense of humor, love of the open road on his Harley, and deep devotion to his friends and family.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 34 years, Traci Bowers (nee Mohr), and his cherished siblings, Gwendolyn (Tom) Logan, Carolyn Grace, Ruth (Steve) Whiting, Mary Jo (Miguel) Cortes, Jeffrey (Kimm) Bowers, and his sister-in-law, Sarah Bowers. Ray was a beloved uncle who adored his nieces and nephews unconditionally, always making time to be present in their lives. Ray is also survived by a host of extended family and friends.  

He is preceded is death by his parents, Robert and Mary Ellen Bowers (nee Honkomp), as well as his siblings, Theresa (Keith) Fuwell, Dolores (Richard) Farsetti, and Robert Bowers. 
Ray’s warmth, humor, and fierce loyalty will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
