Richard F. Dunlap

Richard F. Dunlap passed away on January 7, 2026 at the age of 56. Richard is survived by his brother, Samson M. (Lynn) Dunlap, Jr.; two sisters, Cindy (Stephen) Zaat and Anelisa (Mark) Heiman; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Samson M. Dunlap and mother, Eva Jeannine (Freebersyser) Dunlap.

Richard made his home at Emmaus Homes for 20 years, and his family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation for the dedicated care and kindness shown to him during that time. He graduated from the School for the Blind and found great joy in swimming.
