Richard "Rick" Phillips

Richard Phillips of Wentzville, MO, passed away on March 31, 2024 at the age of 65. Richard was the beloved husband of Christina Phillips (nee: Bain). Richard   is survived by his wife; Christina Phillips; daughter, Nicole Levin; three brothers, Bill Phillips of Carrollton, IL, Bob (Sherry) Phillips of Carrolton, IL, Don (Carol) Phillips of O' Fallon, MO; two sisters, Barbara Hunsel of Troy, MO, Linda (Richard) Tochtrop of Wentzville, MO; sister-in-law, Rita Phillips, sister-in-law, Heather Bain. His dogs- Rebel and Bentley. Richard is preceded in death by father, Ivan Phillips, mother, Margaret Phillips (nee: Orf), brother, Jerry Phillips, brother-in-law, Robert Hunsel. 
Richard was a huge sports fan, especially hockey, football, and baseball. In high school, he was a stellar basketball player, holding several records during his time there. Richard loved music and was a KSHE radio nut. He enjoyed spending time with his friends,especially his life long best friend Maury Gentemann. He loved his two dogs, lovingly referred to as his boys, Rebel and Bentley. Richard was loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
